Clear Channel Broadcasting, Incorporated. Its Subsidiaries And Affiliated Companies (Together, The ‘Company’), Will Conduct The Competition Significantly As Shown In These Rules, And By Participating

Clear Channel Broadcasting, Incorporated. Its subsidiaries and associated corporations (together, the “Company”), will conduct the Contest significantly as explained in these rules, and by playing a part each partaker agrees like the following :

The Company may conduct the Competition concurrently and concurrently on a few participating rock radio stations owned and not owned by the Company, and in various States, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any time during the Contest as pronounced on the affected station. Participating stations are noted above.

1. Outline of Contest / Participation.

A. Dates of Contest : The Contest will start and finish on or about July twenty-three, 2011 through July 24, 2011.

NO PURCHASE Obligatory. PURCHASE Does Not INCREASE Chances OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Percentages of winning rely on the quantity of participants.

B. How to Enter : Listen to the station Sat. – Sunday between 9AM and 11PM PST for the cue to call in and be the designated caller to the Station’s contest line. The correct caller will win a prize. There’ll be a total of fourteen on air qualifiers for the Contest.

2.. Prize (s). The prize (s) that may be awarded to the qualified winner (s) are :

Preliminary Prize : A family 4-pack of tickets to KGB Sky Show on Sat., September 17th, 2011 at Qualcomm Stadium. (prize value $52.00). Prize provided by KGB

The prize (s) that might be awarded to the admissible winner (s) are not transferable, changeable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Winner (s) must present state permitted identification prior to being awarded the prize. All prizes or prize vouchers must be redeemed from the Station within thirty days of the contest end date unless stated otherwise in these official rules. Certain prizes are date specific (i.e. Concerts, trips) and the winner or winners must be available on the dates mentioned. If a winner can’t be contacted or is disqualified for any cause, the Company reserves the inalienable right to establish an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole tact.

3. Suitability and Restrictions. Partakers and winner (s) must be U.S. Residents, at least 18-years old, as set by the Company, and reside in the Station’s Total Survey Area (TSA), as defined by Arbitron Inc. If the competition is open to minors, a guardian or parent of any player who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize , however , the Company reserves the inalienable right to refuse to award a prize to any minor. Unless otherwise stated above, just one (one) entry per person. Just one (1) prize per household for the Competition for any thirty (thirty) day period. Workers of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their ad agencies, workers of other radio or TV stations, and members of the immediate family of any such folks aren’t eligible to take part and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, brothers mums and dads, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage (s), remarriage (s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other folks residing at the same household whether or not related.

4. Phone and Delivery Disclaimer. If a competition is a call in to win contest and / or a telephone is wanted to take part in the Contest, participants are restricted to the employment of normal fone gear. Participants that allow the “Caller ID” block function may not be allowed to take part unless they enter their correct area code and telefone number if prompted, or disable the features holding back their collusion in the Contest. Participants using kit not set up for toll free telephone exchanges (eight hundred, 888, 877, 866, and so on.) may experience call connection Problems. The Company disclaims all responsibility for the incapacity of a partaker to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts outside the Company’s control, or alternatively.
