The Weather In Caleta de Fuste

Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura in the canary islands is a superb place to both holiday and live on an even more permanent basis and the resort is fast-becoming as popular as its sister resort of Corralejo in the North.

If you love going out to restaurants then cuisine range from Chinese and Portuguese to Mexican and Tapa’s and plenty of pubs open until the early hours of the morning. Although a quieter vacation resort than Corralejo you will still find a couple of nightclubs that stay open until five or six am dependent upon the time of year.

With the major sights of the island inside a fifty minute drive, Caleta de Fuste also makes a good base if you love seeing the sights. Don’t miss the beaches at El Cotillo or the sand dunes on the outskirts of Corralejo. If you like your aquatic sports then Costa Calma and Jandia are well worth a visit and are found on the south coast of the island.

Accommodation is principally self-catering in Caleta, although there are some hotels closer to the beach if you prefer.
