We charged an iPhone and camera batteries for much of the week. They're small and light, and I imagine they'd be even more useful if you traveled all over the world in addition to Europe. To reiterate what some others have said here, this is an adapter, not a converter. If you're using something in Europe that has a high watt rating, like a curling iron or a hair dryer, you NEED a voltage converter. Compact, lightweight and functional. This is just an adapter not a transformer but these days with most electronics having an transformed incorporated, all you need is an adapter when travel oversees. Highly recommended!
